About Us

Flotation Therapy

Flotation Therapy

Flotation Therapy

Relax in our sensory deprivation tanks - we saturate the water with 1,200lbs of Medical Grade Epsom salts. Float therapy removes pressure from the joints allowing the spine to decompress and muscles to relax to their natural state.

Sound Healing

Flotation Therapy

Flotation Therapy

Balance your mind, body, and soul in our resonant space focused on relaxation and de-stressing the mind. We use frequency (music), vibrations, sound and light waves that span 360 degrees, surrounding the person in the center - relaxed in our zero-gravity chair.

Infrared Sauna

Flotation Therapy

Infrared Sauna

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don't heat the air around you. They use infrared panels to heat you from your core, outward. Our sauna is placed in it's own room to ensure privacy - with towels, robes, and water included. Starting off with our sauna pairs excellently with our other services!

Oxygen Therapy

HydroMassage Therapy

Infrared Sauna

You'd be surprised how much energy we get from the oxygen in the air - and on a normal day, we only get about 20% oxygen from the air we breathe! Our oxygen bar produces 90% pure oxygen, which increases energy levels, improves focus and concentration, and assists with reducing headaches and migraines.

We offer a large space that differs from some of the tank styles you may have see online. With the ability to leave the door open to the shower suite coupled with our high ceilings, most people feel quite comfortable.

Can I float while Pregnant?

I just got a tattoo, should I wait to float?

Yes! We love our moms-to-be getting some good relax and time to lay on their belly. We do ask during the first trimester to have a consultation with your primary doctor prior to your first float. Outside of that, so many have found relief in the float session.

I just got a tattoo, should I wait to float?

Floating does tend to sting fresh wounds due to the high salt content - we recommend making sure the tattoo is fully healed before attempting the float. Usually give it about a month after getting one done.

You'll want to make sure the dye doesn't run in your shower before getting into a float to avoid staining the cabin. We haven't noticed any damage to color vibrancy from the float but we do provide swim caps as an option.

Unless you bring someone to help you in and out of the tank, we recommend against swimsuits.

The best rule of thumb is if you can lay on the floor and get up unassisted, you'll be fine to maneuver the float. We do have some clients bring someone with them to assist getting in and out of the tank.

Floating is an effortless process when it comes to staying on top of the water. With 1200 lbs of Epsom Salt, the water is more dense than you are and forces you to the surface.

I couldn’t do nothing for so long!

Many of our guests have noticed a great reduction in their everyday levels from regular floating. In fact, if you're taking medication and doing multiple visits, we recommend watching your levels so they don't drop below normal - some clients have replaced their medications altogether with consistent floating.

One of the most common responses from first time floaters is a disbelief at how quickly the time seemed to pass. Many people end up feeling that a float only lasts for 30-45 minutes, or shorter. Without sensory input, the brain loses track of its time keeping ability, something that otherwise feels like a constant. This happens to first time and veteran float tank users alike.
